Google analytics and others can only provide so much insight without getting confusing; Smartlook lets me know where the user is hitting trouble, on what page, for how long, etc. It's like looking over their shoulder! The addition of "Rage clicks" and other problematic events are also fantastic insight. It looks like they've added many new features I haven't had a chance to explore but I'm excited for what they are rolling out! **What do you dislike about Smartlook?** Smartlook lets me know the city of the user, but it doesn't include the state. This can be a little frustrating for statistics purposes, but it is a small factor when compared to all the benefits of their service.
