What do you like best about Smartlook?

It is currently used in the organization's marketing, design and web development areas to see how users interact with our websites and mobile apps. So far, there are no issues. It is an excellent tool for user analytics and real-time experience understanding; through this tool, we can view real-time recordings of user sessions, track events, gather contextual information and much more. An implicit advantage of Smartlook is its ease of use; implementation is simple and does not require specialized technical knowledge, making it accessible to teams of all sizes. What do you dislike about Smartlook?

What do you like best about Smartlook?

What do you like best about Smartlook?

We liked the effectiveness Smartlook's platform has when it comes to having a daily follow-up of the behavior that the audience ends up having on each of our websites. It has tools to record in real time the actions visitors are having in our networks, and Smartlook does everything discreetly and efficiently. We love that it has a deep analysis management that allows us to visualize comfortably the criteria that the audience of our services may be having through our social networks, and in this way, we can address each requirement that we have and significantly improve where there are failures that at the moment we did not see and thanks to Smartlook we know it, in this way we can provide the audience with a more dynamic and pleasant experience on our websites. What do you dislike about Smartlook?

So far, we must recognize that there are very few dislikes as such that we have of the Smartlook platform compared to the benefits it has brought to our organization. However, I consider it essential to note that they should make an update where they pay attention and look for an improvement to the heat map tool since its efficiency is not the best and tends to present inconveniences. What do you like best about Smartlook?

We mainly like Smartlook because its configuration is not so complicated, and the information support is attentive to provide assistance, making adapting the platform more dynamic and ensuring success quickly. It is a platform that collects important information from each of the people who visit our websites, giving us with this the opportunity to have an immediate response solution to any user or customer who has a problem; Smartlook even identifies when the problem is a console, this is one of the most appreciated tools since with other platforms that we used previously did not do it. Thanks to the information gathered from the audience that visits our internet platforms, our marketing department generates new strategies with much more effectiveness. What do you like best about Smartlook?

Smartlook helps us obtain detailed information about the users that visit our websites in such a way we can track by video the actions of the visitors in a discreet, flattering and efficient manner. I like its dashboard; it has a good design and is customizable; it allows us to track what happens on our website comfortably and efficiently; the best thing is that it works in real-time. Through Smartlook's analytics, we have been able to determine critical factors in our website, such as which modules are the most frequented by visitors, from where they access the website, discover problems that may be facing our visitors and solve them as soon as possible to create a more comfortable user experience for visitors. What do you like best about Smartlook?

Ease of capturing the entire screen and the ability to tag/comment at specific time frames for my dev team to take a look at the issues. They capture rage clicks quite well. All the sessions from the same IP/same user across days are captured and grouped, and it helps to get a holistic picture of what happened in the user journey. What do you dislike about Smartlook?

When I was using Smartlook, they didn't have any capabilities to integrate with Clevertap/Google Analytics. I had to go through my funnels in GA/CT and identify the date, time, device and possible step/event in the flow where the users are dropping. What do you like best about Smartlook?

SmartLook provides an indepth look at a customer's journey. I love being able to use their username/url to find their instances and the fact they are all linked together. It is very straightforward. What do you dislike about Smartlook?

The operating system can lag a bit. I also would like a way to flag a little bit easier, especially putting flags at pinpoints in the user experience. It would be great to see continued improvement to the heat mapping as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
