I most enjoy the recordings and how easy they are to organize. I can very easily filter my search to find a specific set of data for a specific group of people/users. It took me a few days to get familiar with the platform and I felt like I had to really dig to find helpful resources on how to navigate my account. Reading support articles and reaching out to the support team for help is definitely worth your time. Smartlook is only as powerful as you allow it to be. I work in customer support and it has been really nice to have a better visual representation of the problems customers are having when they reach out for help. It's also much easier to know how to organize a website when you can use heatmaps to see which pages are most popular and which sections on specific pages are getting the most recognition. It would be helpful if the old recordings were still available for more than 30 days. One more area for improvement is that free trials should have more monthly sessions.
