My two biggest frustrations are deliverability and support. Our sending domains/IPs get blacklisted more often than I'd like, which forces us to pause campaigns, swap inboxes and rebuild reputation - it's disruptive and eats into results. When that happens, support is the weak spot: responses are slow and often generic, so it takes far too long to actually resolve blacklisting issues. I think the credit limit could be improved. Compared to the competitors these days, it is not favorable to have 30,000 leads in their 2nd tier plan when I can switch to a competitor and get more for a cheaper price.
