From an agency's perspective, it has made it super easy to manage campaigns & drive results. ### 36. They lie about helping warm your domain and once you start sending out campaigns, it shows you inflated open rates to keep you happy but in reality, your emails are landing in spam. It costed us our domain and email addresses which we had warmed up and cost us a lot of money. **What problems is Smartlead solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nothing **Official Response from Vaibhav Namburi:** > No tool will let you know if you landed in spam, unless you have your leads inbox. Your domain was already blacklisted before you even joined Smartlead. The irony here is we have over 42 written articles about not using open rates as they are an inaccurate metric, I think you're confusing us with a competitor who inflate their open rates. Also - no need to hide yourself, I think we all know who you are, if you truly believe in your review and stand by it, no need to be Anonymous :) We're open to learning and working on being a better platform, as the other reviews here will attest, but given how abrasive you were to us in your support conversations I'm not surprised of this. I haven't even used most of the features. Before this, I was looking at building something custom as my requirements were very specific that no one else had. That would have been a job on its own. I'm glad I don't have to do it anymore. **What do you dislike about Smartlead?** For the sake of putting something here, currently I can't visually change the order of messages. It's going to be insignificant for most people. But I've had success in the past by changing the order in which messages/offers are sent.
