I found it is easy to jump in and to review candidates. I think the overall interface is ok. I like that the top data are clear and the info are easily viewable. I would have liked to have mandatory photos for candidates, even if I understand it can be discriminatory, but it would help remember the candidates. The ease of use and lot of options for filtering out candidates in a proper manner. Also we can create/view candidate applications in a very straight forward way. There is nothing specific to dislike the applications, however some more automation or machine learning capabilities can make the product better for sorting people into right categories so that manual work is reduced. Adjacent to it, there is checkbox 'Remote'. Both of these are not connected while searching for jobs.
