By that moment we had pretty tough timing ahead - had to set up everything asap. Thanks to their tech and support team we had an ad exchange deployed in just one week. In a very short period of time businesswise we managed to have a payback much faster than expected, plus we’ve strengthened our video capacities receiving very useful consultations and assistance from the team. SmartHub has a great onboarding process, as well as great ongoing support. It is made easy for new clients in RTB and also very helpful and supportive for experienced ones. The team made sure to help us throughout our growth stage, developing adapters on the DSP side, which definitely increased our chances of getting higher profits. **What do you dislike about Attekmi?** So far, so good. However, we’d also like to have additional reporting features. Plus, they made sure custom requirements are also satisfied, which proves they go above and beyond to ensure that their clients are happy.
