"Not What I’d Hoped For"

What do you like best about SmarterSelect?

Customer service and technical support was very responsive. Any time I had a problem, someone was there to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmarterSelect?

There are so many things about the system that are not intuitive. The system is clunky. Setting up calculations and auto scores are a nightmare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great data privacy for our constituents, straightforward setup, useful templates to reference as well. Overall we got what we needed at the most reasonable price on the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Communications with applicants weren't very straightforward, interface could use some enhancement. Customer support was not as in-depth and effective as would have been useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
