**What do you like best about SMARTe?**

SMARTe gives highly accurate B2B contact data with excellent enrichment capabilities, which helps me spend less time searching and more time selling.

**What do you dislike about SMARTe?**

Sometimes the contact accuracy isn’t consistent, especially for niche accounts and the CRM sync can create duplicates if not set up properly.

**What problems is SMARTe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SMARTe solves the problem of inaccurate prospect data and time-consuming research. It gives me verified contacts, enriched accounts, and seamless CRM syncing so I spend less time searching and more time selling.

**What do you like best about SMARTe?**

What I like about smarte is supporting us with our data building projects and they are compliant with GDPR which is one of our requirements. Their data also has a schedule update making sure we will use up to date contact information. Their software also has an advance search like ZoomInfo which we can filter and check if our target market is available. Our recent project with them is integration with our CRM which makes the process of checking information convenient and efficient.

**What do you dislike about SMARTe?**

There are challenges in getting leads from APAC countries

**What problems is SMARTe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that smarte solved and benefited our team is the integration of the smarte platform with SFDC. We don’t need to go to their software every time we want to check contact information or look for the updated leads information. By implementing the integration, we can smoothly access contact information in real time via our SFDC account, making it easier and  efficient. This is helpful in terms of verifying information about our prospects or customers.

**What do you like best about SMARTe?**

I use SMARTe and I can say that it is a great tool for all our data building projects. It provides contact details, including email addresses and phone or mobile numbers. I also love that it can be integrated with Salesforce and SSO enabled for faster access. The ease of use, its user-friendly interface,  and implementation make it a great tool. The customer success manager and support team are very helpful too.

**What do you dislike about SMARTe?**

No tool is perfect, but SMARTe is receptive to our feedback and makes improvements. So, for now, I don't have anything to dislike.

**What problems is SMARTe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

updating outdated contacts, acquiring  new leads, and Salesforce integration.

SMARTe has been a great help for our marketing campaigns and sales prospecting initiatives. I have been using the tool and I must say, it is a reliable tool a company must have. Additionally, it is cost-effective  and offers high-quality sales and marketing data.

**What do you dislike about SMARTe?**

The only downside is that not all data across all regions are available in the tool.

**What problems is SMARTe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SMARTe has resolved our issue on switching to multiple tabs when using the SMARTe tool together with Salesforce. The integration has been a solution to this, having to only use Salesforce where we can access the SMARTe tool at the same time.

**What do you like best about SMARTe?**

I've been using SMARTe for a while now, and I'm really impressed with their data platform. It's helped me identify and connect with new prospects much more easily. The data is always accurate and up-to-date, which is essential for B2B sales.

Overall, I would highly recommend SMARTe to any sales professional looking to improve their outreach efforts.

**What do you dislike about SMARTe?**

I've been using SMARTe for a while now, and I'm impressed with its ability to find and connect with new prospects. The data is usually accurate, which is helpful. However, I've noticed that occasionally the data can be outdated, which can lead to wasted outreach efforts. Additionally, the pricing can be a bit on the high side for smaller sales teams.

**What problems is SMARTe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The real benefit, Focused outreach.  With the right contact information, I can personalize my messages and connect with the people who actually have the power to say yes.  This translates to a much stronger pipeline full of qualified leads.

**What do you like best about SMARTe?**

SMARTe made it very quick and easy to get started.  Once I activated my account I was doing lookups and getting information within minutes.  It was extremely easy to implement and had multiple ways to access information.

We used this platform daily not just for our sales and marketing efforts, but also for our clients and their marketing efforts as well.  The chrome extension made it a seamless integration into the daiy workflow of our account executives.  

And in the rare case we did have an issue or a question, the team was very responsive with customer support.  We even got e-mails notifying us of new contact information for our lookups that was not previously provided.

**What do you dislike about SMARTe?**

I'm not sure there are many downsides - there would occasionally be companies that we were not able to locate in the database, but they were usually smaller companies that were obscure.  Probably the main piece of feedback would be that there are sometimes mulitple people listed under a company with the same title when that would not be possible.  For instance, several CFO's listed.  When that occurs, there should be a process to determine which record is the most updated.

**What do you like best about SMARTe?**

What I like best about SmartE is their eagerness to be working with us. They are always proactive in checking in for available projects they can help us with. In fact, because of this, they are always our first pick among our other vendors.

They work in a very timely fashion, able to help us expedite the process should we find ourselves rushed by our stakeholders to complete a project in a short amount of time.

**What do you dislike about SMARTe?**

There is absolutely nothing I dislike about SmartE.

SmartE is helping us with net new contact purchases that our company needs to run marketing campaigns to.

**What do you like best about SMARTe?**

I use SMARTe daily for prospecting. It provides various tools to support this, and I find the Chrome Extension particularly useful for accessing contact details via LinkedIn Sales Nav. Given the challenges of finding this information in Europe, SMARTe has been invaluable to me. It has significantly sped up and improved the efficiency and precision of my prospecting efforts. My feedback on the tool is extremely positive.

Duration of log in, usually with a day of not use logs out automatically

SMARTe provides various tools to support prospecting activities. Personally, I frequently use the Chrome Extension to access contact details from LinkedIn Sales Nav. Particularly in Europe, where finding such information can be challenging, I must admit that the tool performs exceptionally well.

**What do you like best about SMARTe?**

My experience of SMARTE has been pretty straightforward, they make it easy to purchase high volumes of data. For the most part, the platform is fairly user-friendly and the pricing is definitely competitive compared to other provider. Working with our account manager has ensured that our niche requirements and adjustment have been promptly addressed and resolved.

**What do you dislike about SMARTe?**

Sometimes the quality of the data falls short, which requires further QA checks and follow ups on our end to chase for refunds or replacement leads, however, these number of instances have reduced in the past year. In addition, sometimes the communication can come across a little inconsistent regarding the availaibility of leads and gives the feeling of upselling. The biggest pitfull for us has been purchasing leads that require stringent GDPR compliance and fit into our more niche ICP beyond the use of standard SIC Codes

**What problems is SMARTe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. SMARTe simplifies our process of purchasing large volumes of data on a quick tunraround 
2. SMARTE has more reasonable pricing compared to other data provider which allows us to be more intentional with our internal resources 
3. Our account manager made sure our specific needs regarding the type of companies we were purchasing were addressed prompty e.g. we were able to return and replace leads.

The ability to reach prospects across different regions with such accuracy is invaluable to our marketing and sales teams. One of the standout features is the exclusive focus on corporate email addresses, which significantly improves the quality and relevance of our outreach.

Smarte has been helpful to our company in enriching contacts. Our representative is great at communication and keeping us updated.  We use Smarte a few times a quarter for enrichment.

**What do you dislike about SMARTe?**

Unfortunately, we have seen a reduction in the number of features that Smarte provides. Without the Bespoke product, we've found that our enrichment projects have suffered as a result.

**What problems is SMARTe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Smarte assists us with contact enrichment for various domains that we purchase. We purchase thousands of domains a quarter that need to be enriched for contacts.

The UX is simple and easy to get to the lists and personas we are targeting.  Validated levels of records is a nice feature as well as the tech platform bifurcation.  Super solid customer support both around tool use and data questions.

Getting the tool integrated into the HubSpot platform is doable but could be smoother.

At both orgs use to improve both lead acquistion as well as nurturing.

The database they have at ready is vast compared to its competitors, especially for the Latin American region. The customer support is super responsive and helpful.

The UI is still in its infancy. I feel like it could be a lot user-friendly.

**What do you like best about SMARTe?**

What I like best about Smarte are the following:

1. Their mobile coverage is the best I've used.  
2. They have a very robust global coverage model with more contacts per company 
3. Best of all, they're simple and smartly priced.  Basically half the cost of competitors.

**What do you dislike about SMARTe?**

At this point, I haven't encountered anything that would cause concern.  Plus, the team is very responsive to feedback and guidance if needed.

**What problems is SMARTe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Smarte is providing us with deeper contact intelligence at the account level while at the same time allowing us to dive deeper into mobile with their extensive database.

**What do you like best about SMARTe?**

SMARTe provides valid emails and contact numbers of a qualified lead. They also provide Google extension so it is easy to use.

**What do you dislike about SMARTe?**

Very bad customer support. They do not reply quickly. Even takes many days to reply. No proper chat support is available. Different logins for different tabs such as for discover and enrich.

**What problems is SMARTe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Smarte provides me verified emails and contact number of prospects. Smarte provides me data that are more affordable compare to that provided by zoominfo. So saves me lots of dollars.
