I highly recommend Vanessa Solis, who was an amazing individual that helped me set up and get started with SmartDraw. The help desk support is awesome.

Dislike web aps

**What problems is SmartDraw solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SmartDraw for process documentation for the team.

  ### 2. Limited use of Import , DWG and not very user friendly with a slow connection

**What do you like best about SmartDraw?**

easy use of library, cloud storage , simple software

**What do you dislike about SmartDraw?**

Import of Background PDF is not stored on the cloud and when you log out the Background goes back to the Local file. 
If we loose connection then we loose the changes since last save...  sometimes all lost 
Not suitable for slower or irregular internet services...
Does not open DWG standard files for modifications.

**What problems is SmartDraw solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making simple building layouts and electrical layouts and electrical diagrams superimposed

**What do you like best about SmartDraw?**

The only thing I can say I genuinely like about SmartDraw is the look of the org chart once I can save it as a PDF. It is clean and professional-looking, and each tab I have in the program saves to a new page of the PDF.

**What do you dislike about SmartDraw?**

Every time I open the program through the web browser, something goes wrong. Either I cannot see all my tabs, or I cannot copy a box, I cannot edit something, the list goes on. I like the look of the org chart when it is completed, but getting to that point each week when I have to make updates is very time-consuming and irritating. I typically do not write bad reviews such as this, but this program is one of the worst I have used, unfortunately. I keep trying to figure out ways around the issues I run into, but the only thing left to do is find a new org chart program.

**What problems is SmartDraw solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used this program to make our org charts but are going to discontinue using this program because of all of the issues I constantly run into while trying to make updates. It was great when we had a smaller company, and making updates were not as frequent.

**What do you like best about SmartDraw?**

I like that I can make changes to design creations for my exhibit space layouts, based on actual square footage so that everything is scaled correctly.

**What do you dislike about SmartDraw?**

The software is designed to disable older software which forces you to purchase the upgrades.

**What problems is SmartDraw solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a conference coordinator and use the software to design my conference room layouts and exhibit halls.
