There are a lot of features that would appeal to a wide variety of employees accessing the software - free tax submission, free will, education, EveryDollar expense tracker, etc. I think the format and layout is very user friendly and intuitive. I have noticed either there is a slight delay or sync issue. I have had multiple of the same transactions come up as needing to be put into categories even though it was already done. Also I try to get them organized by the end of the month, and some transactions came in late. I love that SmartDollar offers so many resources and provides a great way to track debt and debt payoff.
