We are using Smart Dollar for our employees and ourselves. We found that many of them were struggling with making sound financial decisions at home. They were creating unnecessary stress in their lives because they were living beyond their means. They are making good money but spending without an understanding of what they had available to spend. Those poor decisions were resulting in distractions at work, anxiety around money, and a general sense of fear of the future when it came to being in debt. We do hear from time to time that some employees need more of a guided introduction to the platform, and we’re always looking to improve the ease of which folks of all tech skill levels can navigate SmartDollar. For a right-now solution, SmartDollar offers a quick-start guide and onboarding resources specifically made for employees that can make that first login much smoother. I finally stopped putting off shopping for new insurance and received new auto and home insurance to save money. I also was able to start a will, hoping to finish that as well.
