A lot of solid basic information as well as a good "systems check" for those with better financial literacy insures there is something for everyone. **What do you dislike about SmartDollar?** For it's purpose, I cannot think of any downsides. **What problems is SmartDollar solving and how is that benefiting you?** For me as a user, it helps keep me on track when I'm faced with a new financial decision. It can be easy to be pulled in different directions when facing a financial situation, whether that be a challenge or unexpected windfall. But following the 7 baby steps gives me confidence that I'm making sound financial decisions. The availability of the online material is great, but having presentations that are created by the Ramsey team and intended to be delivered to employees would be a great addition to the program and help drive excitement at the site. **What problems is SmartDollar solving and how is that benefiting you?** Learning to budget and meet my financial goals. ### 34.
