The console makes it easy to see computer and user status. I was able to leverage our network Windows Deployment Services to set up a PXE boot which makes imaging for my team very easy and fast. **What do you dislike about SmartDeploy?** Increase cost factor over time for licensing. Driver Packs do not get regularly updated. Image size can be large sometimes and not very compressed. **What problems is SmartDeploy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to update, reimage, clean and prepare Windows desktops and laptops. Instead of wasting time hand installing software or trying to repair a corrupted OS, we can quickly and reliably reimage and redeploy a working windows environment. I was able to save my team and myself a lot of time not dealing with multiple tools and or slower competing products that were overly complicated. ### 2. It integrates well with WDS. Allows us to use driver packs so we can make 1 image for lots of computers. Easy enough that we could train many of our guys on how to setup an image, and deploy it properly. **What do you dislike about SmartDeploy?** Every other function of SmartDeploy is redundant with any modern RMM, and a complete waste of time.
