It solves a real problem of creating demos quickly and without needing to record a perfect shot using video. We have used it for a few months now, and are starting to incorporate some showcases in our trade show demos. Easy to capture screens and alter the flow of the showcases. They have been VERY responsive to us when we find a bug or suggest a new feature. It was simple to get started and we are planning to use it for some internal projects as well. Would like to have a little more control over the overall look of the showcases (title bars should be able to be removed or edited) but overall very happy with the tool.
