You can't send e-signature documents without adding & paying for an additional API. As the system is customizable, it can sometimes be a bit clunky and difficult to use for managers who don't often recruit. **What problems is SmartCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bringing all candidates to one platform for easy reviewing. ### 2.
