SmartCookie is tutor management software for language teachers, made in Spain by a language teacher and an engineer. It runs in the browser, in English and Spanish. Plan 1:1 and group lessons in a teaching calendar with recurring lessons, Google Calendar sync and Google Meet links. Share a booking link so students book in your real availability, with no account needed. Keep lesson notes and manage students in one place: profiles, attendance, lesson packs and CSV import. Send payment requests that students pay by card or Bizum through Stripe. Each student gets a private link to their student portal. For teams of teachers and small language academies, Teams adds an account per teacher, courses per teacher, a shared team calendar and per-teacher stats. Solo is 19 EUR/month. Teams goes from 19 EUR down to 15 EUR per teacher per month. Try it free for 14 days, no credit card needed.
