What do you like best about SmartConnect?

SmartConnect has a very versatile interface allowing you to integrate virtually anything from any system into the target system. The target can be anything from another ERP platform all the way to a simple text file. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmartConnect?

Sometimes it's very difficult to manage what is going on with errors in SmartConnect. It is not always intuitive to troubleshoot some issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SmartConnect?

What do you dislike about SmartConnect?

No complaints so far. I think there are ways to connect any data source, though I'm sure some might take more work than others to set up depending on how obscure, but that is to be expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SmartConnect?

We have customers with complicated integration requirements from various external systems. SmartConnect allows us to configure these connections as easily or complicated as need requires. What do you dislike about SmartConnect?

What do you like best about SmartConnect?

Simple to Complex Integration Possibilities. You have unlimited abilities to manage your imports from simple to complete utilizing full scripting capabilities with t-sql, C# or VBA. Combined with pre and post integration steps, you can do anything.

What do you dislike about SmartConnect?

Usually sold to end user as a simple integration tool for anyone... This is not accurate. You do need to have a understanding of eConnect and some data understanding of Dynamics GP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SmartConnect?

Very powerful tool, especially when used together with eOne PopDock.

The collaboration with eOne and the support on our main project last year was fantastic.

We never had a requirement for our integration, that could not be implemented with it.

What problems is SmartConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?

We moved from Scribe to SmartConnect to sync our Dynamics Business Central on premise system with Dynamics 365 CRM in the cloud.

With the new SmartConnect solution that we've build together with eOne consultants we are very flexible and can customize the integrations on our own. Together with PopDock we get a very powerful tool.

Now we use SmartConnect also for integration of other systems. With the capability to transform almost every data with JavaScript as needed we can implement new integrations with complex transformations very quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SmartConnect?

SmartConnect is a user friendly tool that allows you to take data from virtually any source and map it to almost any destination. I mainly work with integrating to/from Dynamics GP, Dynamics CRM and Dynamics BC and the out of the box support for these platforms is outstanding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SmartConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?

SmartConnect allows us to assist our clients with simple to complex data integration needs with a tool that we can teach to the client so they can learn and become self sufficient. Whether the need is integrating Web Orders into the ERP System, keeping the ERP and CRM systems in sync, or creating exports needed for external systems, SmartConnect allows us to easily handle it all. SmartConnect eliminates the need to manually enter data from one system to another. It also streamlines process flows between systems and ensures the data integrity between systems. Having the ability to schedule integrations is such a big factor in making data real time and up to date.
