I have used competing products, SmartConnect is my choice! It can handle simple tasks to complex integrations without the need of a developer. Performance has never been a problem. **What do you dislike about SmartConnect?** The software can be challenging at first blush. Take a class from eOne to learn the basics before beginning, this will speed the learning curve. **What problems is SmartConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use SmartConnect to integrate products with our ERP application. We have inflowing data from Expense Management and Treasury Management products, outflowing data to Treasury Management and Financial Institutions. These integrations add efficiencies, accuracy to our data with reliable scheduling and error handling. ### 2. Some things are good, but many functions are not intuitive and challenging to figure out. Documentation is lacking. **What do you dislike about SmartConnect?** There are many bugs in the system, and support is lacking in helping you to figure it out. Support lacks knowledge of DataVerse connections, why it won't connect, the scheduling services don't always run, and does not provide the customer with a reliable integration platform. Their latest release broke a lot of functions, and they have no idea when those items will be fixed. **What problems is SmartConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed an ETL tool to exchange data between SQL Server and Dataverse. Unfortunately, the product is not reliable, and support is unable to assist. Probably need to move on to a new product because it isn't ready for production. ### 7.
