What do you like best about Smartcare?

I like that parents can comment on pictures and notes that I send so I know they are reading and seeing them about their child. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartcare?

Uhh, the webpage needs some serious work. It’s slow, doesn’t refresh correctly and takes me back to last weeks posts. I dislike that I’m not able to see what my other coteacher posts do I either have to go into that certain child’s post or ask my coteacher.

As a parent of two, I hate that they send everything as a mass text. It’s hard to see what each of my children have done because it comes as a mass text and their names are so tiny in the corner of the message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Everything I need in one place!"

What do you like best about Smartcare?

The best thing about SmareCare is having all of your important information at your fingertips no matter where you are. No more looking at 3 different programs and endless pieces of paper just to figure out how your business is preforming. I love knowing that I can stay connected even when off sick or on vacation. What do you dislike about Smartcare?

Honestly, I can not think of a dislike. SmartCare responds well to feedback and they have built the program for the people that use it. I am very satisfied with the team they have and their attention to detail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SmartCare really does have everything you need to run a child care center of any size. The program is easy to use and puts everything right at your fingertips. Above everything else, the team at SmartCare is dedicated to getting it right. I have been extremely impressed with the amount of communication they have had with me. What problems is Smartcare solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Smartcare?

I love everything about SmartCare. Everything that it has to offer is amazing. It really cuts down time with collecting tuition from families, keeping track of ratios, keeping track of meals, behavior, and send parents pictures and feedback of their child's day. Parents are able to view when their child has been picked up and track where their child is throughout the day and much more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
