**What do you like best about SmartCAD?**

I love the layout of how you can customize the features and screens to your liking.

**What do you dislike about SmartCAD?**

The constant lagging and freezing of the program.

**What problems is SmartCAD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems that are solved are being able to properly dispatch due to the layout of the screen.
