What do you dislike about SmartBug Media? Our initial experience with SmartBug was disappointing. Our assigned strategist, Rodrigo Rivas, did not make an effort to understand our use cases or learn about our company, which left him unprepared for meetings and made scheduling a challenge. It took some time and effort to get back on track, but once we transitioned to a new strategist, our experience significantly improved. What do you dislike about SmartBug Media? I would not say this is a disklike about SmartBug but rather an internal issue at our organizaiton. Our marketing department needs to improve collaboration directly with SB before they create a program that they deem benefical. I believe the team at SB could help fill some of our marketing gaps if utilized in a broader capacity.
