I have worked with SmartBug Media in two companies - a $75m business unit of a large global healthcare technology company, and more recently with a small home medication management startup company. In both cases, SmartBug delivered measurable results building out and optimizing digital marketing capabilities, marketing automation, persona-focused blogging, and other quality content.
What do you like best?
The people are the best in the business! If you need people who will go the extra mile to learn about your customer and their challenges, you should consider SmartBug. It’s not enough anymore to engage leaders in marketing automation and other digital capabilities. SmartBug knows the tools of the trade AND brings passion for serving my customers. That is hard to find in employees much less a partner.
What do you dislike?
Initially I would have said that I wish they offered Public Relations support and other communications services, but in the past five years the team has grown into a true full-service agency.

SmartBug’s due diligence process creates a clear understanding of priorities that are translated into a clear plan with defined timelines and budget.
