We rely on it for managing various case types as well as employee files, and it has consistently impressed us. The reporting features are also outstanding. **What do you dislike about SmartAdvocate?** There are several areas where improvement is needed. For example, the reporting features would benefit from greater customization options, and the system occasionally feels somewhat sluggish. Although SmartAdvocate is receptive to feedback and does implement user suggestions, the slow pace of updates can be frustrating. The platform shows a lot of promise, but new features and changes are frequently announced as "coming in the next update," only for users to wait a year or more before these enhancements are actually released. **What problems is SmartAdvocate solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been using this case management system for two years, and it has proven to be a reliable addition to our workflow. The user-friendly interface allows both new and experienced team members to adapt quickly. The system includes a range of helpful features, like task management, document storage, and client tracking, all of which contribute to keeping our operations organized and on schedule. A particularly notable benefit is its integration with other tools we rely on, such as RingCentral and Outlook.
