"Smart UPS - Must have equipment for protecting modern business operations from unexpected issues"
5/5
What do you like best about Smart UPS?

This is a must-have component for any modern data center or general business operation. It protects against sudden power interruptions and keeps the equipment operational long enough for a safe shutdown. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smart UPS?

Lack of professional software to effectively perform advanced power monitoring (such as real-time energy consumption). Lack of more advanced UPS functions with build in software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"You can trust them, and trust that batteries will eventually die"
5/5
What do you like best about Smart UPS?

The internal components are solid. The power conditioning has always been dependable. Over the long run, battery replacements are very cost effective. We've typically gone about 10 years per UPS, with battery swaps every few years, and never had any issues. They would probably run even longer, but we haven't been brave enough to try. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smart UPS?

Over time batteries will eventually fail, and balloon. The chassis has a limited amount of space for removing these batteries, so it's sometimes a fight to get the ballooned batteries out of the chassis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
