While reviewing data for a subject, you have to go back to the list of subjects to go to the next visit rather than navigating within the subject. For monitors, there should be an option to "Review" but it appears there are only options to "Verify" which, in the Clinical Research world, alludes to "Source Documentation Verification" which is very different and a lot more involved than simply reviewing the data. New features and improvements come out all the time, and a lot are due to input and feature requests from customers like me. So Greenlight Guru pay attention all the time to our needs and requests for certain features. The updates happen frequently so you don't have to wait too long. The support team answer very quickly. Also, there has been a staff change and the response of the support is a bit slower and seem to be not as knowledgeable. In addition, I also use Greenlight Guru Clinical for data monitoring. The software allows us to customize our data capture to each study and site, build queries and perform a two step data verfication on each datapoint. We are able to integrate various aspects of our clinical trials, from study design to data collection, which helps streamline the process. The detailed training sessions were very useful to get started and the helpdesk has been helpful too. **What do you dislike about Greenlight Guru Clinical?** The built in dashboard is a bit limited. Currently, it summarizes the total per study of all sites combined. I would like to be able to see a dashboard for the individual sites with customized output. Loading forms can at times be very slow, especially as more data is being added. The onboarding process went smoothly thanks to the knowledgeable team. The platform itself is easy to use, although it does take some time to get used to. Greenlight Guru Clinical has a training feature that will allow you to become a trained user. We have been thoroughly impressed with the features offered on the platform itself– specifically the ability to schedule questionnaires to be sent out at a particular date and time. This is something we use on a daily basis. This has led to increased compliance from our subjects and decreased human error from the company side. It is really helpful to monitor all the study sites with one log-in to Smart Trial and see how many subjects have been enrolled per site, if they have answered the questionnaires or not, and where they are in the study timeline. Good overview of adverse events. I know the LPIs also love having Smart Trial instead of paper forms. No need to have the subject fill out paper forms and then scan and send them. A lot of the EDC systems have pharma applications in mind, which just bogs down a platform for med device studies that just don't need those modules. With GGC, it is easy to set up and allows us to utilize those medical device features, making study configuration and data entry easy. When the study configuration and data entry are easy, we have fewer mistakes and queries than when we used other systems! **What do you dislike about Greenlight Guru Clinical?** There are some features that would be helpful, especially for some types of studies where the IRB has specific requirements for ICFs. We'd like to see an informed consent process be more like signing a HelloSign document. Since we're located in Europe and our clients have been located in Africa and the US, real-time data review was impossible.
