Their state of the art technology and poor methodologies does not guarantee that every project is completed on time and within the allocated budget. **What do you dislike about SMART Project Delivery?** The loe level of transparency and communication they provide is not instilling in me a sense of confidence and tranquility throughout the process. The unresponsiveness of their customer support team and the limited options for customization are drawbacks of SMART Project Delivery. **What problems is SMART Project Delivery solving and how is that benefiting you?** SMART Project Delivery needs to serve as a platform for business and management solutions to benefit our organization. It has nnot resolved the issue of project management by providing a platform.These factors hinder communication. It needs to combine project planning, collaboration and monitoring tools consuming me a lot of time and effort. The approach it provides does not ensure flexibility and adaptability, to changing requirements. **What do you dislike about SMART Project Delivery?** The detailed analytics provided by the platform provide poor insights for decision making. SMART Project Delivery complicates my project management process. One area where SMART Project Delivery falls short is customer support and communication. **What problems is SMART Project Delivery solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is quite frustrating when there is a lack of responsiveness or delays in solving concerns. This negatively impacts the efficiency of the project. Leads to miscommunication or misunderstandings.
