The format is not at all jarring, which is a problem I have noticed with many other HR software. **What do you dislike about Smart Onboarding?** I do not have too many complaints on the software, I am not too fond over inputting data into the analytics. I have come across many problems where the direction on what to enter was misleading, which resulted in a few graphs with incorrect data. **Recommendations to others considering Smart Onboarding:** In terms of the new hire process, Smart OnBoarding is a great choice.
