**What do you like best about Smart LOTO?**

Smart LOTO has made such dramatic changes to our lockout/tagout (LOTO). It is easier for the clear visual lock verification plus automated notifications to make sure that all the people involved know what is required of them in terms of safety compliance.

**What do you dislike about Smart LOTO?**

The Exporting of data is done systematically hence the reports do not have the options of getting customized. It is however challenging to know trends or areas of improvement at any instance with our whole facility.

**What problems is Smart LOTO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Smart LOTO has helped in eradicating the weaknesses of having the LOTO in the form of papers. It decreases the chance of mistake and miscommunication, and it also integrates a comprehensible system for record-keeping.
