How easy it is to remain organized! And also how easy it is to train someone new to use.

**What do you dislike about Smart Hotel PMS?**

The UI is a bit outdated but it doesn't take away from how well the system works.

**What problems is Smart Hotel PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows all our systems to be integrated, whereas before using this software we had separate systems.
