**What do you like best about Smart GDPR?**

Like on the title, the automation process (data mapping or consent management and bits etc.) works fine, actually without any extra work, it adapts to the system.

**What do you dislike about Smart GDPR?**

The implementation work is massive, couldn't make it simpler, in fact they made it too complex. It is impossible to work with internal team to set it up and implement, not only that, integration is another factor.

**What problems is Smart GDPR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We as a team, used the first version for six months to test if the whole data governance could be automated by this product, however decided to move on due to implementation time and costs.
