Smart Factory is machine monitoring software for machining companies with CNC milling and turning machines. It shows what every machine is doing right now and where time is lost, without anyone keeping lists by hand. A free connector reads the data directly from the CNC control: Heidenhain, Siemens Sinumerik, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Haas, Mazak (Mazatrol), Okuma (OSP) and Hurco (WinMax), plus other controls with OPC UA or MTConnect. That covers machines from many builders, for example DMG MORI, Hermle, Grob, Chiron, Spinner, Heller, INDEX, Mazak, Okuma, Haas, Makino, Matsuura, Star, Citizen and Tornos. No sensors on the machine are needed, and the connector only makes outgoing HTTPS connections. Machines of different brands and ages appear side by side in one overview. The app shows the status of every machine (Active, Change, Setup, Not Productive), running time, downtime, setup and workpiece change time per machine and job, piece counts and cycle times against the calculation, OEE and utilisation, timelines and a weekly report by email. The free Wallboard app shows all machines on a smart TV on the shop floor. Core includes live status, OEE and utilisation reports, timelines, piece counting and NC program transfer from the machine. Premium adds the Operator Panel, API access, alerts and notifications, NC version management and Power BI. Ultimate adds ERP integration, ERP drawings and files in Smart Factory and a detailed analysis of paid time. Every plan has unlimited users and unlimited storage.
