**What do you like best about Smart CAD?**

SmartCAD by GINA is very good support software for first responders. It provides with information about route to the scene, your location and location cooperating units. Everything on one screen. You can also communicate with other units and with dispatcher.

**What do you dislike about Smart CAD?**

I can't switch between vehicles on my own and have to contact customer support each time.

**What problems is Smart CAD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SmartCAD has helped decrease response times and has made it easier to coordinate with other units by providing real-time location updates.
