What do you dislike about Smallpdf?

I had a horrible experience with Smallpdf. The company seems to be a complete fraud. Even after canceling my subscription, I was still charged. The customer service was extremely rude and unable to resolve the issue, particularly the representatives Michelle and Shannen, who were very unhelpful. What do you like best about Smallpdf?

This is an excellent application that easily reduces the file size of PDFs and converts them to Word documents. I also found the customer support to be very empathetic and quick to resolve any usability issues or feedback. Overall, I highly recommend Small PDF to all my friends and family. What do you like best about Smallpdf?

The best thing about smallpdf is you can do all your pdf needs like editing the pdf,splitting the pages etc all kinds of pdf activites you can do online with small pdf without installing any software which is much useful.

Small pdf supports lots of file formats one can convert any pdf to docx or powerpoint or image and viceversa.

Small pdf provides lot of tools for your pdfs like you can merge multiple pdfs to one or split pdfs to multiple. Another good thing is esign option. you can protect your pdf by locking it with password by using small pdf. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smallpdf?

Only few features are available for free tier some of the core features are missing in free trail (eg. edit pdf text)

The most helpful thing about Smallpdf is that it offers all the tools needed to work with PDF files. From editing to merge to split to conversion, this software offers everything. What I love the most is whenever I need to edit and sign any PDF document, I can simply do it within a minute through Smallpdf. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smallpdf?

Although this tool supports converting a PDF file into various other file formats, I've noticed that the formatting sometimes becomes improper when converting into a Word file. Additionally, while it can convert PDF files to many other file types, it lacks the capability to convert other file formats back to PDF, which I find limiting when using this software.
