I like the continuous effort that Small Improvements have made with their HR software. The added bonus of opting in to Beta Test features before they officially go live is absolutely fantastic! It's too simple. From an HR perspective - sometimes you want more functionality like linking with your HRIS, more complex message and feedback process, more streamlined tools to flag certain comments, questions or things an HR person may not see unless they read each and every review.
