It combines simplicity, flexibility, and speed - helping companies run better performance reviews, 1:1s, and feedback without complex HR systems. The platform is ideal for HR leaders and managers who want to build a culture of continuous improvement without overhauling their process. Key features include structured Performance Reviews, 360 Feedback, 1:1 Meetings, Objectives, and Praise. Teams can easily customize review templates, timelines, and visibility settings. 1:1s help managers prepare and follow up on meaningful conversations, while Praise makes recognition simple and visible. Objectives can be used to track the progress of individual, group, or company goals. Unlike heavy enterprise solutions, Small Improvements is quick to implement and easy to use - for admins and employees alike. Trusted by teams at SoundCloud, Rakuten, and Zapier, it’s the go-to tool for companies that want to make performance conversations feel natural. With responsive support and a fair price point, Small Improvements is a refreshing alternative to bloated HR suites.
