I can get all the info I need with minimum fuss, both as a project manager and as a user.

Need to know how much I spent on a project? No problem, reports can tell me. Need to know if a colleague plans a vacation and when? All absences visible, including if and when the team leader confirmed it. How much company tech or software do I have at home? Where is my contract? What’s our secretary’s work phone number? All the info in one app, accessible whenever I need it.

If your company has more than 3 people, you need Sloneek to keep track of your company’s ’life’.

Not much to dislike in this app. Perhaps one thing - it has so much stuff that new users might get confused and overlook or misunderstand some features. I know I always forget Sloneek can also be used as a physical terminal to track when people come and go from the office.

For a long time we have been looking for a tool that can fully handle the work with the HR agenda and the data resulting from it. My experience so far has been with platforms that could store data in digital form, but could not work any further with it. It was then difficult to force colleagues to migrate to these platforms when the difference between storing documents digitally and entering data into the platform was not that significant.

Sloneek is different in this. Its approach is data-driven and so far it has tried to live up to it with regular updates and methodological support. It takes a partial change of mindset to be able to leverage it, but it's that change that will move your HR fast forward.

So for me, Sloneek is an HRIS platform that has great standard features but a completely superior way of working with them. Simple to use, comprehensive in the data it gives you. This is how it should be.
