Having everything in one place is a great starting place to any documentation system, but being able to search with the Ask feature has been a dream. I'm also a huge fan of their document verification and expiry system, and has made it possible to add checking that all my documentation is up-to-date as a part of my weekly routine. Slite with it's great editor makes it easy for me to write technical documentations and for other members to write how to disarm the office alarm.
