SlipZapper solves a problem every South African business with company cards knows well: chasing employees for slips. Instead of sifting through a shoebox of slips at month-end, your cardholders simply snap a photo of the slip, submit it on the app, WhatsApp, or forward the receipt email. SlipZapper's AI reads it and files it automatically, matching the vendor, category, and separating the VAT. Built-in per-card approval workflows mean you see exactly who spent what, on which card, and whether it's been reconciled. Set forward-looking budgets per card to catch overspend before it happens, and use custom expense categories that match how your business actually works. At month-end, export clean CSV or ZIP files compatible with most accounting platforms. Your bookkeeper gets free access, so nobody's stuck waiting on missing slips. Plans start at R199/month for up to 5 cardholders. Built for South African businesses, but currency settings allow for global use!
