When it comes to replacing a slide in a presentation, here are two simple ways to do it:

▪️If you want to update an existing slide: Download the presentation and unlink the slide you want to update. This ensures that other presentations remain unaffected if the slide is used in multiple places. Once you've made your edits, simply update the presentation.

▪️If you want to replace the slide with an existing or new slide: Download the presentation, delete the slide you want to replace, add the new slide in its place, and update the whole presentation.

The minimum turnaround you can select is 6 hours to help us manage workload and maintain quality, as very short deadlines can be challenging depending on our current capacity, task complexity and volume. However, we generally strive to return tasks as soon as possible—so even if you select 6 hours and we have great capacity, you can often expect small tasks back in around 3 hours.
