What do you like best about SlickText?

I am just getting started with Slick Text. I used the help link to bring up the chat. I was given a great response to my question as well as a link to a more detailed video on how to set everything up I needed for a text campaign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SlickText?

Form what I understand SlickText is incredibly easy to use and makes communicating with large groups simple and efficient, which I can't wait to try. The platform offers a wide range of features including scheduled messages, contact management, automation tools, analytics, and customizable campaigns. The interface is clean and user-friendly, making it easy for beginners like myself to navigate. Their customer support is responsive, and very friendly. What do you dislike about SlickText?

What do you like best about SlickText?

We have been using more workflows for new customers over the past year and have seen a much higher engagement rate with our marketing and in-person events thanks to that. We've also been able to provide more event and group reminders seeing an uptick in attendance just because were in-the-know and not relying on a buried email somewhere. QR Code generation has been great inside SlickText. We used to pay for a separate service but now don't have too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SlickText?

MMS (picture messages) can eat credits fast. We've had a couple things happen on a weekend and support had to wait until Monday when the team was back in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SlickText?

The ease and the support! There are lots of resources to help us do things ourselves without having to loop in Support, but even when we do, it's solved really quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing. I've had zero qualms. All reps have been great, the platform is almost common sense, and the videos are very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SlickText?

Very easy to set up, importing contacts features is great!

Managing text responses is also a really useful feature - being able to mark texts as closed or needing to follow up on them.

While based on my research the character count and associated costs seems to be at the low end of the industry standard - the credits get used up very quickly when sending and responding to texts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SlickText?

INterface and billing is dead simple. We were able to scale up and down as needed. Integrated link shortening is a bis plus. Lots of integrations available though we don't use many frequently. Quick support requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
