While it limits use of spamming which is great, for organizations such as ours, it is important for all members to receive information, but with these restrictions, some do not due to being technologically challenged. We do not have the resources to assist every member with subscribing and some would prefer if we could do it on their behalf. That members responding also takes up available text characters.
