What do you like best about Slice Global Equity?

Slice Global helped us bring structure to global equity compliance across multiple jurisdictions. The automated workflows for equity approvals make processes more consistent and predictable across countries, and reduce a lot of the back-and-forth between finance, tax, legal, and HR. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, and employees report a very good user experience. It also balances standardization with local requirements, which is critical in global setups, and the compliance alerts help surface issues earlier. What do you like best about Slice Global Equity?

Slice has significantly improved how we manage equity end-to-end. It aligned all stakeholders on one platform and replaced a lot of manual reconciliation work we previously had with brokers and advisors. The automation around grants, exercises, onboarding, and exits is very efficient, and the option expense calculation can be done in seconds.

The compliance layer is a major advantage. The system proactively flags potential issues and provides alerts, which reduces reliance on external counsel and gives us more confidence in staying compliant across jurisdictions. The AI-driven insights and alerts help surface things we would not have caught otherwise.

It also improved transparency across the organization. Employees can easily access their grants, understand their status, and track progress, while HR can securely access and manage everything in a very intuitive way. Slice Global Equity gives us one clear place to manage our cap table and equity operations. It makes equity operations easier to track, helps keep records accurate, and provides better visibility to internal stakeholders. Having everything in one place makes the process more efficient and reliable, which reduces our manual work and lowers the risk of errors. Some features take a bit more time to locate if you don't use them often, but once you do, you understand instantly, especially with Slice's guidance, which is wonderful. What do you like best about Slice Global Equity?

As an in-house counsel, cap table management used to mean juggling spreadsheets, chasing external advisors, and hoping nothing slipped through the cracks. Slice has fundamentally changed that. The document automation alone has saved me hours per month - equity agreements, option grants, and related paperwork are generated consistently and without the manual errors I used to catch (or miss) in review.

What I appreciate most from a legal standpoint is the AI layer. I love the customer success manager at Slice Global Equity; I've never seen a CSM work this hard and be so responsive. I also like the option grant workflows and stock-based compensation expense features. The AI chatbox is amazing as it gives us a free consultant on anything equity-related. The shareholder interface is another feature I love. Slice Global Equity significantly reduces manual work and improves accuracy, which used to take days when using a spreadsheet. Found a few minor bugs, but they were quick to fix it. There was a feature on the stakeholder page that let them play with various exit scenarios to calculate their final compensation.
