It brings employee records, attendance, leave, payroll, statutory compliance, recruitment and exit management into one system. It is used by HR teams, business owners and managers in small and mid-sized companies, and by their employees through a self-service portal and app. SleetHR is built around how Indian companies actually run HR. Attendance, leave and salary follow the shifts, leave policies and salary structures that each company sets for itself, and approvals follow the company's own reporting hierarchy. Key features of SleetHR: - Employee management and onboarding: one profile for every employee, reporting hierarchy, transfers between departments and branches, custom fields, and a structured onboarding flow that converts a new joiner into a full employee record. - Attendance and leave: daily attendance with face recognition, shift assignment, regularisation and out-duty requests, irregularity tracking, leave balances, comp-off and configurable leave policies. - Payroll: monthly payroll run, payslip preview, payment checks before payout, bank upload file for salary transfer, advances, incentives, reimbursements, deferred payouts and employee income-tax declarations. - Statutory compliance: PF (ECR, challan and related forms), ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, TDS (Form 16 and Form 24Q, called Form 130 and Form 138 under the Income-tax Act, 2025), and Bonus and Gratuity forms, with reconciliation reports. - Employee self-service: employees mark attendance, apply for leave, view payslips, raise reimbursement claims, submit resignation and read announcements, while managers approve pending requests from the same app. SleetHR also includes recruitment (job openings, candidate database, hiring pipeline and a public application-status link for candidates), exit management with Full and Final settlement, team task and project management with Kanban and Gantt views, visitor management with visitor passes, canteen attendance, announcements and push notifications. For reporting, it provides attendance summary, late-entry and early-exit, overtime, leave balance, employee exit, wage register, and advance and fine registers, along with the statutory reports. Admins can set up multi-level approval chains and configure departments, designations, shifts, holidays, salary templates, an attendance rule builder and letter templates such as the offer letter. SleetHR works on its own. It also runs on the same platform as Sleet Accounting, the company's GST billing and accounting product, so employee, payroll and cost data can connect with billing and accounts without double entry.
