I like the interface of SleekFlow; it's nice and it's a really, really good idea. It allows me to consolidate my WhatsApp, WeChat, and Facebook Messenger chats. I think number one is connectivity. If you don't have a good Wi-Fi signal, if you don't have a good 5G signal, if you don't have any full bars, the app itself is very, very laggy. So the mobile app itself doesn't work at all if you have very bad reception. This has happened many, many times. I've also filed complaints and reports to SleekFlow. They always say they'll look into it, but nothing ever gets fixed. It's very, very slow. Sometimes messages get lost, they don't get sent. Sometimes the app just lags and freezes, and you know, you cannot even do anything until you go to a place with good Wi-Fi or connections, which is impossible because we're always moving around. Also, the mobile app kinda logs me out for no reason. I have to log in again, and given its slow speeds, it's just annoying. It's not as fast as it should be. And then secondly, on the desktop, if you don't have good Wi-Fi, it doesn't work. It's kinda clunky. The connectivity is very, very bad, and I think that's the main thing. Another thing is the search function. The ability to search within your chats quickly is not good. They've categorized your contacts into open, all, close, but sometimes you just want to search a keyword across everything, and you can't do that. It's very difficult to navigate at times. Number three, the mobile app itself doesn't have enough screen real estate. They put so much on the screen that when you're typing, you don't see much of what you're typing anymore because everything's all covered up. It's just not as functional as it should be. For instance, I cannot easily copy and paste multiple nodes or branches, which is time-consuming when making similar workflows. Additionally, when I need to detach some nodes to rearrange them, it's not convenient. Deleting a node in the middle of the flow forces all subsequent child nodes to be deleted, which requires me to manually re-add them, further complicating the process.
