Sleekflow has a lot of resources on their site and on Youtube to guide new users as they onboard the product into their organisations. One of the cool features that they've recently implemented is Flow Builder which makes any chat automation with external parties much quickere and easier to build. I also appreciated our account manager during the procurement process as she was able to answer many of our questions and helped us feel at easy in selecting Sleekflow. We had to resort to their online resources (which were helpful) and contacting their support through Whatsapp. It would have been great to have an option to meet with an product enablement specialist to help guide us through not just the implementation process, but also the approval process to get the green tick for our Whatsapp account.
