It is highly flexible and can be used in many ways. Every department on our campus uses it. **What do you dislike about Slate by Technolutions?** I do not like the layout of Slate, and I also do not find it very user-friendly. We often have the idea of how to use it, but need someone more skilled in Slate on campus to help us get it done. **What problems is Slate by Technolutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** Slate helps us send mass communications, organize all potential recruits across departments, and keep records of different schools we have visited as well as people who have come to visit us. ### 2. There are much more user-friendly CRMs **Recommendations to others considering Slate by Technolutions:** Utilize support when available. **What problems is Slate by Technolutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** Recruitment and retention issues. Being able to track where our students are coming from allows us to focus on what areas to target. ### 4.
