I really appreciate how Slash Business Banking is helpful and responds very fast. The human support is really good, which makes a difference. The tools they offer are impressive, and the UI and UX are clean and really, really good. I enjoy the invoicing feature that's already built in, which is very convenient. The ability to use crypto banking features is a big plus for me, especially since we do international business, making it extremely useful. The initial setup of Slash Business Banking was very easy. I use Slash Business Banking to manage all my business spending and create virtual cards for ads, subscriptions, and other necessities. It simplifies tracking and control, making it easier to see where my money goes. I love the access to the generation of virtual credit cards and find everything super easy to manage and not cluttered. The virtual cards let me split up spending by category, so nothing gets mixed up, and tracking expenses becomes way easier. The clean dashboard allows me to see where my money is going instantly without digging through statements. I use Slash Business Banking to create virtual credit cards for all my purchases and receive payments to my business bank account. I can create multiple virtual account numbers instantly. The dashboards are great for tracking all the information and money going in and out of my account. The dashboard keeps everything very organized, and I receive interest on my balance in the treasury, which is a plus. Slash is an all-in-one competitor compared to a standard business bank account, where I can't find all of the data in one place and need to use different applications and companies. I really appreciate that Slash Business Banking offers a free business account without any minimums, which is really important for my micro business. Also, the interest rates on their treasury accounts and the 1% cashback options made it a no-brainer to sign up. As I explored, I found the tools they offer are really helpful, even if some are beyond my current scope. They have a lot that will be helpful if I scale up my personal training business. The treasury yield is really helpful for my business stage, and the potential to grow with these tools is exciting. Even though I haven’t used the cashback option yet, it seems like it’ll be useful in the future. I'm looking forward to using the payment feature for easy payments, and the invoicing feature is really great. Setting it all up was pretty easy, which is fantastic for a business account. I appreciate that Slash Business Banking feels like a tech company building a banking product, offering amazing support and operating at the speed my business needs rather than getting stuck in bureaucracy. I love the ease of use, knowing I can speak to a real person if necessary, which wasn't the case with Chase (would often spend hours on the phone getting bounced between departments when dealing with Chase, only for payments to get delayed or canceled). Plus, I really value their understanding of my business, allowing same-day vendor payments, strengthening supplier relationships and improving delivery times. I use Slash Business Banking for all my business banking needs and it's really helpful as there are no ACH or Wire transfer fees in the USA, making payments to vendors on time quick and easy. The best thing about them is the 2% flat cashback they give on all card spends. We spend a lot on running ads on platforms like Meta and Google and use our cards to manage all spends while easily making a 2% cashback, so we earn while we spend with Slash. Switching from Mercury to Slash was a good choice as we no longer face constant fees. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, with a staff member from Slash helping us through it. I've been using Slash Business Banking for about six to seven months since last August, and I can say it's been a pretty smooth and straightforward process. The staff is extremely helpful and the customer support team is really nice and effectively resolves support questions. I most definitely love the cashback feature. Unlike other banks or apps like Mercury and RelayFi, Slash offers a good cashback percentage, which those others can't provide. The card creation process is pretty efficient too, and I haven't encountered any issues with Slash so far compared to my previous experiences. Transactions with Slash are quick without a huge approval time, unlike other banks where they often take a long time.
