So my overall experience with Slack is, I would say, negative in the sense that it's all over the place. There are features and elements everywhere. Seems very complex, and I'm a tech-savvy person, but I never know exactly where on my phone I can get the latest notifications or not. I don't want a notification for everything. I don't understand when I get notified. People tag you. Sometimes they don't tag you. A message. So I never exactly know when it's for me, when it's for the community. There are some notifications I would like just for specific channels, but not everyone, and I can't easily find how to set it up. There is a huge difference between the interface on a browser versus what you get on the phone. It's very messy. It's not easy to find information. There are icons everywhere. I don't enjoy the experience at all, but it's the only option that Notion as well as the investor community proposes for this chatting.
