The thread style messaging, the way the different chats and channels are laid out, I often lose chats, messages or channels, and it's hard for me to find conversations or messages. It also means I sometimes miss important messages. It's definitely not my favorite chat app in the way its laid out and organized. Not the easiest to navegate.
